University Counseling Service has created a Virtual Hope Box for students. This box has lots of resources to help you destress, keep yourself safe, and learn how to cope with intense emotions.

Student Experience Survey

The University of Iowa has launched the Iowa Student Experience Survey to assess existing support services and identify potential opportunities for better aligning university policies and resources with current student needs and challenges. This confidential survey covers key areas such as belonging, financial concerns, and academic satisfaction.

The survey is open April 7 – May 16.
